California native Kemet L. Childress has been on her spiritual and healing path since childhood. She is constantly finding ways to deepen her practice and teachings of sound therapy, yoga, and Pranic healing through investigation and inspiration from her mentors, her students, her community and nature.
Life Coach
Kemet is the founder of Indigenous Descent LLC and offers a series of coaching services that focus on the divine healing from within. She is a priestess in African and Eastern spirituality, an intuitive transformational healer, and a life coach. She was a student of Dr. Afra of Shamans of the 7, who are located in St. Croix (Virgin Islands), and there, she learned how to lead and teach workshops on healing and life enhancement. She serves as a life coach and spiritual guide by mentoring students who are experiencing challenging life situations. Her method is practical upliftment as she accesses all situations from a spiritual perspective and provides tools for self-transformation. Her motto is; “No regrets, but no repeat.”

Kemet is a reiki practitioner and holds a reiki certification at the first and second level. She has trained in reiki/energy healing, crystal healing, chakra alignment, aura cleansing and shamanism. She specializes in tuning in to your energetic field and co-creating a healing session designed to empower and uplift.
