Dr. Oertle graduated with honors from Arizona State University with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and graduated at the top of his class with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. He also has a Certificate with Distinction in Medical Bioethics from the National Catholic Bioethics Center. He is the lead physician at Envita Medical Centers of America specializing in chronic infectious disease, immunotherapy, and integrative oncology. He is the chairman of the medical treatment review board for Envita Medical Centers and participates in research and development in the fields of oncology and infectious disease. At this time he has 16 peer-reviewed published journal articles. He is the residency director at Envita Medical Centers through the partnership with National University of Natural Medicine. Dr. Oertle is an accredited Unipathic Medicine Physician and is a board member of the Association of Unipathic Medicine. He is also a consultant to Vertisis Custom Pharmacy specializing in personalized genomic sterile and non-sterile compounds. He is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Solidarity HealthShare, a health plan with over 25,000 lives. Dr. Oertle also serves as the director of nutrition for Bene, which provides medically tailored nutrition programs provided directly to the consumer and as managed care programs for health plans.
He is a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, Catholic Medical Association, National Comprehensive Cancer Network, National Catholic Bioethics Center, American Naturopathic Clinical Research Institute, and the Naturopathic Oncology Research Institute.
