Learn About Kaitlyn
My name is Kaitlyn, and I am currently a 1st year medical student at Sonoran University. I grew up in Indiana and moved to Florida when I graduated from undergrad. My interest in naturopathic medicine sparked while I was working as a medical assistant at a functional medicine clinic, where MDs, NDs and nurse practitioners integrated their modalities. I began looking into naturopathic schools and Sonoran University exceptionally stood out to me because of the wide scope of education and multitude of resources available. I am so happy with my decision to attend here! While I am keeping an open mind about what modality I want to pursue, my main interests are in regenerative medicine, physical medicine, and naturopathic oncology. When I’m not busy studying, I enjoy yoga, being outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
