Lynn Killips, MS, CNS, PsyD, NBC-HWC

Lynn is a clinical nutritionist (CNS), consulting psychologist (PsyD), and integrative health coach (NBC-HWC) who works with individuals and leaders to facilitate sustainable change for enhanced cognitive performance and overall improved health. Her passion and focus is precision, personalized nutrition for long-term brain health and optimal cognition. She is trained as a nutritionist and as a health coach in ReCODE 2.0, also known as The Bredesen Protocol. She has worked with ReCODE clients since 2018.
Lynn worked on Dr. Bredesen’s first proof-of-concept clinical trial in 2019 and is currently working on his second, more extensive clinical trial, an interventional study, with six study sites nationwide. Prior to participant recruiting, she worked with the project manager in preparation for IRB submission to create the study participant guiding document, a comprehensive binder, and other forms and documentation for data collection throughout the study. She trained the health coaches at all six study sites and continues to hold bi-monthly meetings to support the coach’s work with participant compliance and troubleshooting.
Lynn facilitates the ReCODE protocol with private clients, which has a heavy focus on diet. She practices the protocol herself and finds that following passions and personal interests can lead to unexpected and rewarding outcomes.
Lynn lives in Mill Valley, CA, a suburb of San Francisco, and graduated with honors in the first cohort of the MSCN program.
